Consumer narratives are the stories you can discern about groups of customers, from the beginning of looking for a product to the actions taken up until purchase, and finally through whether they ultimately decided to make the purchase or not. You should consider using consumer narratives for a number of reasons:
You can find demographic information within your Audience reports in Google Analytics. There is a powerful report you can use to zoom into the locations of your customer base:
This report by default is broken down by Country, but you can change your starting point and/or drill down as much as necessary
First, make sure your Google Analytics account has been created and your GA code has been properly added to your website. It’s also important that you have eCommerce enabled in Analytics and you will also need to enable Demographics reports. It’s important you enable these features so you can collect the right information.
