Get a behind-the-scenes-look into FareHarbor's 2024 season
Starting April 1, 2024, the FareHarbor Distribution Network (FHDN) & FareHarbor Connect (FH Connect) programs will merge under the FHDN.
Whether you’re looking for additional strategies to generate revenue or partner with leading OTAs, these two FareHarbor programs were designed to help you grow your business and make your day-to-day operations easier to manage.
The merging of these two programs gives you more opportunities to increase your visibility and bookings through affiliate partnerships. Keep reading for key details about this announcement and what it means for your business.
The FHDN and FareHarbor Connect are FareHarbor’s affiliate programs. Both help you manage your affiliate relationships by finding affiliates, automating contracts and invoicing, and managing monetary flows.
The main difference between the two programs is the flow of bookings and payments:
We heard your feedback—(“Why do I need to sign up twice?” and “I thought I was already enrolled in that!”). So we sought to create a more seamless process for joining both programs under the FHDN.
Plus—you will earn even more ancillary revenue as an affiliate on the FHDN by having more tours and activities available to sell.
If you are enrolled in either the FHDN or FH Connect program, there will be no action needed on your end. You will be automatically enrolled in the FHDN effective April 1, 2024. You will still be part of the affiliate program you signed up for.
If you do not want to be enrolled into the FHDN, please let us know by April 1, 2024.
If you are concerned about opening your availabilities to more partners, we recommend utilizing our new affiliate rules feature. This tool enables you to control which affiliates have access to your items and availabilities, and when they can book. Learn more here.
