FareHarbor Connect enables you to instantly connect with a growing selection of unique, local travel platforms and industry-leading OTAs around the world, without the burden of establishing multiple contracts. FareHarbor Connect simplifies the process of working with OTAS and provides a seamless experience for your customers so you can focus on your day-to-day operations.

With a single agreement, you will be automatically connected to preferred selection of industry-leading OTAs. When your activities are resold through FareHarbor Connect, you will receive a net rate of 75% on all bookings. FareHarbor will manage the payment transfer from the reseller to your account by the 15th business day of the month, based on the activity date.
The commission for all FH Connect bookings is 25%. You will always receive your net rate of 75%. Your direct, online rates are used for FH Connect.
No, you cannot cancel a booking that was made through FH Connect from your FareHarbor Dashboard. If there is an emergency or a weather issue or some extenuating circumstance and the tour needs to be canceled, please contact FH Support, we will let the partner know they need to cancel the booking. If you cancel a booking in FareHarbor that was generated by a FH Connect partner, the partner will not be alerted, so the partner needs to be made aware.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes - you can work with any of the OTAs that are part of FH Connect on your own, if you have your own agreement with them. If you are already working with some of the OTAs that are part of FH Connect but not all, you can still join FH Connect and we will only connect you with the OTAs you are not already partnered with.
Once you sign up for FH Connect, the OTA will be granted access to your Items through the FareHarbor API. It takes time for the OTA to start distributing your items and generating interest and bookings for each specific type of Item. Bookings are not guaranteed through FH Connect, as with any OTA.
The OTA collects full payment, and will pay the client’s net rate of 75% to FareHarbor monthly, following the activity date. FareHarbor will deposit the net rate into your bank account in your FareHarbor Dashboard by the end of the same month.
FH Connect connects you with OTAs that send bookings from their own systems into FareHarbor, and the payment is collected by the OTA first. The OTA in this case owes you your net rate. Through the FareHarbor Distribution Network, the whole transaction takes place through FareHarbor like a regular online booking, and you collect payment first (and will owe commission to the reseller). Also through the FareHarbor Distribution Network, you can choose to act as a reseller, but you cannot through FH Connect.
