Updating pricing is one of the most common ways to edit a booking. By following the steps in this Help Center resource, you can reprice a booking using a different price sheet.
You might need to do this when changing the pricing from seasonal to normal. This is easy to access by going to the Advanced menu next to Booking actions and following the steps under Reprice booking.
Another example of updating pricing is if you need to account for gratuity or apply an overall discount.
These are all things you can do with a few clicks! Head over the Help Center resource above to learn how.
Remember that each item has a status that controls how online customers can view and book the item.
There are several online booking status options you can choose from, including canceled, closed & call to book, and a few other choices. In most cases, your items will be set to auto close, which automatically stops online customers from booking when the availability is full.
If you ever need to change the online booking status, rest assured it’s a quick task you can do on your own.
For a single availability, you’ll go to the availability settings and click on the toolbar displaying the current online booking status. Simply choose the desired online booking status from the dropdown menu and you’re all set!
For making changes to multiple availabilities, you’ll want to use the availability updater. Scroll up on this page to read all about it.

We hope this answered a few of your most pressing Support questions. Remember, you can browse many more Dashboard topics in the Help Center.
