What is FareHarbor Connect? We’re glad you asked! This program enables you to connect with industry-leading online travel agencies (OTAs) and local travel platforms under a single contract.
This partnership is managed by FareHarbor, meaning there is no effort on your part—only bookings!

We would be remiss to start our list with anything other than this point. When you join FareHarbor Connect, you give the OTAs in our marketplace the opportunity to resell your inventory directly on their website.
Once a booking has been made, the information will automatically flow into FareHarbor, so you can see the details directly on your manifest, as well as in the Reporting section of your Dashboard.
Bookings of this nature are tagged with the affiliate’s name and FareHarbor Connect for tracking purposes.
With more than 20 OTAs (and growing!), the marketplace gives you an opportunity to get bookings through channels you might not have been able to reach directly.

One of the best reasons to join FareHarbor Connect is that you don’t have to worry about chasing down payments or managing invoicing. FareHarbor takes care of it for you!
We collect payment directly from the OTA and will pay you out within the first 10 business days of the month following the booking. For example, if the booking took place on March 15th, you would get paid for that booking within the first 10 business days of April.
The payment will go directly into your FareHarbor Dashboard, and you will receive an email each month informing you of which bookings came through FareHarbor Connect.
Please note, the commission for all FareHarbor Connect bookings is 25%. You will always receive your net rate of 75%. Your direct, online rates are used for FareHarbor Connect.
You’ll never have to deal with creating individual contracts and negotiating rates with multiple OTAs. Your single FareHarbor Connect contract has you covered so you’re free to focus on other aspects of your business.
Already working with OTAs? FareHarbor Connect will honor your existing contracts with partners who are part of FareHarbor Connect. This way, you are able to keep any payment and commission structure you previously negotiated before joining the program.
Once you opt in to FareHarbor Connect, your responsibilities end there—until the customer arrives for their activity, of course.
After you opt in, we work on sharing your inventory with OTAs to start selling directly on their websites. Our partner OTAs are connected via an API, which means they will have access to your availability, photos, tour descriptions and other essential information, so you won’t have to provide any details.
