At the end of every month, we will send a report that details all of the bookings that have been made through the Network. Commission will be transferred out of your account on the 5th business day of the month, based on activity date, and deposited into the reseller’s account on the 10th business day of the month.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Yes, you may sign up as an affiliate and not have your services distributed or vice versa. We have two contracts: one opting you in so your services can be distributed (Provider Participation Agreement) and one opting you into selling other FareHarbor businesses’ services (Affiliate Participation Agreement). You will need to sign both agreements if you would like to do both.

If you are located outside of the US, commission is pulled from one of the following places:- If you have money in your FareHarbor account that has not already been paid out, commission will be pulled from here.
- If you do not have money in your FareHarbor account, commission will be pulled from your Refund Reserve.
- If you do not have money in your Refund Reserve, FareHarbor will reach out to you ahead of your scheduled payout to request that you add money to your Refund Reserve. Failure to keep funds in your account for monthly payments could result in a number of consequences, including being removed from the program entirely.
- When you join the FHDN, we recommend that you set up your Refund Reserve to always have at least $200, and make use of the Recurring Transfer feature, to ensure you always have funds available for refunds and commission payouts.
- You can only opt into FHDN if you are using Stripe or Adyen. FHDN is not currently supported if you are using PayPal as your payment processor.
- As of Q2 of 2021, FareHarbor is no longer adding companies to the Partner Program, and all Partner Program participants should opt into the FareHarbor Distribution Network instead. If you have any questions on this, or are still operating through the Partner Program, please email [email protected].
