Having a hard time pinpointing confusing areas of your booking flow? Fine-tune your dashboard to convert online bookings. We cover booking flows, decision trees, bookability settings, high-resolution photos, item descriptions, and more. By the end of this session, we’ll make sure you have all the tools to make the booking process as easy as possible for your customers.
Your booking flow is how your tours and activities are presented to the online customer while on your website. It is often the first thing a customer sees when they click a ‘Book Now’ button and is a way to put all of your items behind one CTA. If your business has multiple types of items or offerings, this can be a great way to display all of those items at once.
The elements that make up a flow include items, photos, and headlines. They provide pertinent purchasing information to the end-user before they get into the booking form – better qualifying them. Highlight your best selling tours and activities and make sure to segment your items in a way that is clear and easy to digest.
Although we don’t have a specific limit as to how many custom fields you can include in your book form, we highly recommend keeping it to as few as possible. The longer your checkout and the more information you collect, the lower your conversion rate will likely be. Get customers to book as quickly as possible, and follow up if there is any additional information you need to collect from the customer.
