In this webinar, we’ll discuss how you can utilize different sales tactics like gift cards and special events to boost your holiday sales. We will also cover three marketing opportunities you can take to promote your holiday deals to gift-seeking shoppers.
Both are great options, but we recommend utilizing gift cards if possible. Gift cards allow the recipient to choose between all of your offerings – which can lead to upselling, whereas a gift certificate can only be used for the activity it was purchased for. Gift cards are also a very seamless customer experience and are essentially money in their pocket.
Yes! If you want to run a promotion on your gift cards, we can always set that up for you. For example, if you aren’t currently operating during the holidays, you can still incentive customers to purchase a gift card now by offering 10% off for them to use later!
There are multiple ways you can market your gift cards during the holidays. We highly recommend adding a call-to-action button in the menu of your website. You can also create a banner on your website that calls out your gift cards for the holidays. You can also promote them through an email marketing campaign as well as via your social media.
