We know how important promo codes can be for your business, and we also know that setting them up in your Dashboard isn’t always that easy. Which is why we created a webinar to help you better understand how campaigns work and the best practices you should follow when it comes to using promo codes.
Join our FareHarbor trainers as they walk through the most common campaign setups, how to update existing promo code fields, and tips on how to manage your campaigns effectively. We hope to see you there!
Promo codes are specific to each dashboard, so if you have multiple dashboards, you’ll want to create the same promo code in each one.
Submit a promo code request form or reach out to FareHarbor Support if you’d like to have this done for you!
Promo codes aren’t made to function based on the number of customer types selected in a booking. A way to work around this is to add a new customer type to your item for the number of people at which you want to offer a discount. For example, if you want to offer the promo for booking with six or more people, you could add a customer type called ‘Groups of 6 or more’ and apply the promo code to that customer type.
If you have questions about this type of set up please reach out to our Support team!
Promo codes will only allow you to set a dollar or percentage discount, so they cannot have a second ticket comped when a first ticket is purchased. The most similar thing to a BOGO setup with promo codes will be a 50% discount, but this could be applied to any ticket purchase regardless if another has already been bought.
The best way to offer a BOGO deal is to use resources to require that a customer must first purchase a ticket before receiving the second one free. Please reach out to FareHarbor Support if you’d like to have a BOGO resource setup implemented for your item!
