Get a behind-the-scenes-look into FareHarbor's 2024 season
As we begin to wrap up 2020 and look ahead to 2021, it’s important to understand how to utilize the data in your Dashboard. Our industry will continue to change as we move into the new year, but uncovering insights from your FareHarbor Reports can help you make decisions for the future.
In this webinar, we will demonstrate our report’s best practices as well as how to navigate your end-of-year data. We will also break down some of the top reports you should take advantage of to gain insights into your overall performance heading into 2021.
Total will show the totals of all bookings included on that report, while Total Paid will show how much was actually paid to you. Total Paid may be lower than Total and that would mean some bookings aren’t paid for yet.
You are able to run a Contacts Report to see information about your customers including the zip code they used for payment processing.
Accrual Date shows revenue for all availabilities occurring within the specified date range (all recognized revenue), and also includes information for all payments collected within the specified date range (recognized and deferred revenue). Note: You must use Accrual Status grouping on this report for it to be useful.
